Continuing Education for MFTs
Continuing Education for MFTs
Aspira is dedicated to providing top quality continuing education for MFTs throughout the United States. The MFT CEU requirements may vary somewhat from state to state. Thus, the number of continuing education units allowed from an online source also varies from state to state. Therefore, it is important to know your state board requirements. You should also know how many MFT CEUs are allowed from an online CE provider like Aspira.
Your State Board information is subject to change without notice. You can click here: State Board Website List to access your state board’s website to view the latest information. Go to the “Continuing Education” section of your state board’s rules and regulations. This section will provide the details of the CE requirements for MFTs mentioned above.
Another resource to find one’s MFT licensing requirements would be this website: MFT-License.com
Aspira CE is NBCC Approved
Many states accept Aspira CE’s NBCC approval for continuing education for MFTs. Therefore, your certificate of completions will have Aspira’s NBCC provider number printed on them in lieu of your state board’s information. Be sure to select “yes” to the question “Do you have a license?” when creating an account. The system needs both the licensing state and profession selected to know which approving body information to populate on your certificate(s).
