Aspira CE offers quality and convenient CCPS Continuing Education
For your information, here is an excerpt from the CCAPP website:
Requirements for applying for the CCPS Credential:
- One year (2,000 hours) of AOD prevention experience
- 120 hours approved prevention training (50 hours AOD specific and six hours of prevention specific ethics education)
- 120 hour practicum (specific performance domains )
- Three letters of reference (Letters must attest to applicant’s knowledge, experience and character)
- Signed CCPS Code of Ethics
- Passing score on the IC&RC Certified Prevention Specialist written examination

Aspira Continuing Education is an approved CE Provider for CCAPP licensees. Hence, some of the online courses AspiraCE offers can be used toward necessary CE requirements. And, others can be used toward Professional Development requirements.
