State Board CE instructions

- For LBSW, 9 hours of CE each calendar year; 4 hours of CE in social work; 3 hours of CE in ethics; 2 hours of CE in either social work or ethics
- For LMSW, 12 hours of CE each calendar year; 7 hours of CE in social work; 3 hours of CE in professional ethics; 2 hours of CE in either social work or professional ethics
- For LAPSW, 15 hours of CE each calendar year; 10 hours of CE in social work; 3 hours of CE in professional ethics; 2 hours of CE in either social work or professional ethics
- Maximum of 2/3 of CE may be obtained through online courses
- Tennessee Board does not pre-approve CE courses
- Aspira Continuing Education is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Aspira Continuing Education maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
