Are Aspira CE Courses Accepted/Approved?

Yes

State Board CE instructions

- One of the following:
-- 15 contact hours of CE and 640 hours of active practice within previous 2 years
-- National certification or re-certification by a national credentialing body recognized by the Board
-- 30 contact hours of CE
-- Completion of a minimum of 2 semester hours post-licensure academic education related to nursing practice
-- 15 contact hours of CE and completion of a nursing project as pricnipal investigator or co-investigator
-- 15 contact hours of CE and auithoring or co-authoring a nursing-related article, paper, book or book chapter
-- 15 contact hours of CE and developing and conducting a nursing CE presentation totalling a minimum of 5 contact hours
- CE accepted from providers approved by any state board of nursing
- Aspira Continuing Education is a Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, and offers CA BRN-approved clock hours for events that meet CA BRN requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program. (Provider #CEP 15657)
