- 40 hours every 2 years
- At least 20 hours of continuing education per biennial renewal period must be alcohol and drug specific.
- A total of 15 hours of continuing education through home study programs.
- A licensee may earn up to 20 hours of continuing education per biennial renewal period in activities that may not be alcohol and drug specific but must be approved by the American Psychological Association (among others).
- Aspira Continuing Education is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Aspira Continuing Education maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
