Course Description:

  • Master the art of collaborative treatment planning. Move from vague and lengthy treatment plans into focused, actionable plans that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Spend less time on progress notes. From collaborative note-writing to using AI for documentation support, discover practical, real-life strategies that improve efficiency while maintaining quality.

    • Practical ways to build rapport and manage paperwork
  5. Treatment planning (20 min)
    • Collaborative treatment planning
    • The two goal treatment plan method 
    • Smart ways to write SMART goals
  6. Progress notes (25 min) 
    • Review of the QUOTE Framework for managing common struggles with progress notes
    • Review of presentation handouts
    • Considerations when using AI for progress notes
  7. Final Q&A (10 min)
